 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


 You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. Receipt/proof of purchase is required.

 Items which are exempt from being returned:

  • Earrings or any pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
  • Bespoke items of jewellery (unless there is a fault with the item which is responsible for).


 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.

You will be immediately notified on the status of your refund once the jewellery has been inspected.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Typically, you should receive your refund within in 3-7 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.

PayPal usually takes 2-5 business days.


 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
