Do I have to pay extra for a bespoke order?
All bespoke orders will be subject to a fee depending on the individual design requirements. All costs will be discussed with each individual client.
Bespoke items cannot be returned, unless Stushlery is at fault as these are personalised and made to order.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we ship internationally!
How is Payment taken?
All payments are processed securely online via Paypal. If you already hold a Paypal account, you can pay by using the Paypal option. If you do not already hold a Paypal account and would like to pay by credit or debit card, simply click on your preferred payment method and you will be given instructions to complete the transaction.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days of receipt of order, however if there is any delay you will be notified immediately via email or telephone.
Once products have been dispatched in the UK, they normally arrive in 2-4 days. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control. Packages will require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for your jewellery sent by Royal Mail, the package will be held at your local sorting office.
If a package has been returned to Stushlery because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
What are the Delivery Rates?
For all UK Orders there is NO delivery charge.
For International orders, additional charges will apply.
Will I be able to return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Stushlery you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund(excluding postage), replacement or exchange. Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
What you need to do:
• Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into the parcel. Please note that pierced jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
• For refunds: once we have assessed the items, the money will returned by the same method of original payment
• For exchanges: you will need to return your current item by post with either the number or print out of the new item you require, we will then refund or charge you accordingly and send out your new item.
If for any reason your jewellery is in need of repair. The cost for repair will be a minimum of £7.50 plus an additional expense for any material(s) that need to be replaced. A good quality picture of the damaged goods will be helpful to assess what repair is needed.
Please return jewellery in padded, well sealed packaging. The customer will be required to cover the cost for postage.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return goods you have a responsibility to return them in good condition. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period. You are required to pay for the cost of postage which must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery insured to the value of your item. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. How do I care for my Stushlery?
It is recommended that you store your jewellery in the pouch it comes in as this will help protect it and keep the jewellery in good condition.
To maintain the condition of your jewellery, remove it when bathing, washing up or undertaking any strenuous tasks.
Take care to protect your jewellery from all forms of cosmetics such as perfume and hairspray as they can cause discolouration and tarnishing to your jewellery.
